Strangely enough, looking at this piece of art doesn't. I understand he's about to pull the tooth, but just looking at it stationary like this isn't as bad as reading the comic.

Goddamnit, your comics have shocked me before, but the beggining of this one is seriously twisted. Pulling out baby teeth has been the greatest trauma in my life, even today seeing my sister doing it gives me... serious... major.. >_< screamy feelings.
